Hello darling Em, Your Dad went to London with his 'Slingshot' crew for a gaming show and conference.  It was very cold and snowing and difficult for him to move about in his wheelchair.  Hello my darling, We have started clearing out stuff from our house and storeroom in preparation for our move to Sandown Village. We sent Dolphin to your house and you've had fun with her in the pool. Hello Darling Em, This post is mostly about our house at 37 Broadway, Westville, where you have spent many hours days and weeks over the past 10 years. As you know, Gumpie and I bought a small cottage in a retirement village called Sandown in 2015.  We weren't ready to move there so we let the owners (you might remember Margaret and Noel - she had a broken arm when we went to look at the cottage) continue to stay there but they moved out and the other lady who stayed there for a while passed away so now we are ready to move from our house into a smaller place.  Its called 'down sizing'. We decided to have one last Christmas in this house and put it up for sale after New Year.  Sharon's aunty Dawn (Dennis' sister) is an agent with Wakefields so she will sell it for us.  Christmas was great because the Jeff and Gail and the Leaver boys came down, Laura, Gavin, Ben and Garth were there and we were altogether as a family at this house for the last time.  You ar...

Hello darling Em, I can't believe that you are 10 years old!  It won't seem like it for you but ass you get older time seems to fly past.  It seems like just the other day you came into our lives and now a whole decade has passed and you have grown into a lovely, bright, kind, adventurous young lady ♥ This card, written by your teacher, describes exactly how you are!   You celebrated your 10th Birthday at our house.  Your dance shool had their annual musical presentation and we booked a table for grandparents and aunty Candice.  You looked amazing and your dancing was wonderful! Gumpie had to have a small op for a hernia that was worrying him.  Its a common op so he didn't have to stay in hospital very long. Halloween was at the end of the month and you had fun dressing up and going out in the night.
