Now that you are at school full time we don't get to see you so often. 
Mom still shares photos with us but I don't know the names of your friends anymore. 
I'm sure these photographs will bring back happy memories!

Well, well, well...... what did I tell you about not knowing what life has in store for you! You are moving to a new home in the Mt Edgecombe Golf Estate at the end of the month.  How wonderful for you and your parents!  It is a gorgeous place to stay, safe, secure, leafy roads to ride your bike on, a swimming pool, great restaurant and I'm sure you will make new friends there too! All the houses have green roofs and are painted white.   They don't have burglar guards, security gates or alarm systems.   We attended the 3rd grade parents and grandparents assembly this month. You had to go up for the trophy for taking the most newspapers to school.  You saved 5 trees!  Well done Emily! On the 16th Feb your class won another trophy!  Ha Ha!  You must wonder why I have included Peppa Pig toys on your blog!  You loved Peppa and knew all of her friends' names, and now Alex plays with them too.  Left to right: Pedro Pony, Susie sheep, Candy cat, Zoe Zebra, Emily elephant and Danny Dog. Sometimes the Pups Patrol come to save the pigs from badies! It was my birthday on 6 August so we went to the Mugg & Bean at Westville Mall for morning tea!  Greg was working but he took time off to come as well. When I told you that Alex is crazy about Super-heros you told me that you had a Ghost Spider It was Richard and Lauren's wedding at Umhlali.  They looked lovely and the reception at Simbithi was gorgeous. Ha Ha!  Mark the UFC fighter! You went to Atlanta for a weekend and Mark was able to to show you where he competed in the 1996 Paralympics.   You went to your first baseball game.  Hello my princess Emily! My lost suitcase finally arrived and I was able to give you the presents I bought for you in Spain - a picture book about Santiago de Compostela, a Camino t-shirt and two party dresses. You are learning how to play chess so I bought you a small chess set to practise with.  You played with Gumpy at our house using the 'Magic Table' chess board and you did really well. You are also doing pottery and this is a bunny that you made for your Aunt Candice. Jeff and Richard came to stay for a weekend to watch the rugby.   You were there to meet them at the airport.
